tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

Easter Bunny Bingo, or Halloween Bingo, or Bongo Dog, or Christmas Bingo
Santa's Gifts, or Bingo St. Valentine's Day.
- Affiliate means
an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control
with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the
shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for
election of directors or other managing authority.
- Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Country refers to: Israel
- Service Provider
means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of
the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed
by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on
behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to
assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
- Facebook Fan Page
is a set of public profiles and community fan pages specifically
created by the Company on the Facebook social network, accessible from https://www.facebook.com/Wizard-of-Bingo-Community-104926150189230/ and https://www.facebook.com/Tropical-Beach-Bingo-World-Community-128325424442571/ and https://www.facebook.com/4th-of-July-American-Bingo-Community-1138430729592352/ and https://www.facebook.com/Christmas-Bingo-Santas-Gifts-843223179152873/.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
For
the purposes for GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to
You such as a name, an identification number, location data, online
identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical,
physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
For
the purposes of the CCPA, Personal Data means any information that
identifies, relates to, describes or is capable of being associated
with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with You.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
- Usage Data
refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of
the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the
duration of a page visit).
- Data Controller,
for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation),
refers to the Company as the legal person which alone or jointly with
others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal
Data.
- Do Not Track (DNT)
is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in
particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet
industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing internet
users to control the tracking of their online activities across
websites.
- Business, for
the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), refers to
the Company as the legal entity that collects Consumers' personal
information and determines the purposes and means of the processing of
Consumers' personal information, or on behalf of which such information
is collected and that alone, or jointly with others, determines the
purposes and means of the processing of consumers' personal information,
that does business in the State of California.
- Consumer,
for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means a
natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in
the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a
temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is
domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or
transitory purpose.
- Sale,
for the purpose of the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), means
selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making
available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing,
or by electronic or other means, a Consumer’s Personal information to
another business or a third party for monetary or other valuable
consideration.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While
using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally
identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You.
Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email Address
- First Name and Last Name
- Screen Name
- Age (we may log Your age as indicated by you in the age gate upon downloading the App)
- Usage Data
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as:
Log Information:
We log information about Your use of our Service, including the type of
device You use, the features You use, access times, Your Device's
Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser
version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of
Your visit, the time spent on those pages.
Device Information:
We collect information about the device You use to access Our Services,
including information about the device’s software and hardware, unique
device identifiers (i.e. Device ID and advertising ID), device tokens
for push-messages, mobile network information and and other diagnostic
data.
Usage Information: We collect
information relating to Your use of the App, including Your game
progress, scores, achievements and interactions with other players.
Consumption information:
We collect information about Your consumption habits relating to Your
use of the App, including which purchases you make with both virtual and
real currencies and the reception of virtual goods in-game.
We
may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit
our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile
device.
The
Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service
through the following Third-party Social Media Services:
- Google
- Facebook
If
You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a
Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is
already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account,
such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact
list associated with that account.
You may
also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company
through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account. If You choose
to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or
otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and
store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
If
you log into the Service using a third party site or platform, you
represent and warrant that (i) your access and use of such features in
connection with the Service will comply with the applicable terms and
policies of such site or platform; and (ii) that you are over the
minimum age limit that is prescribed for such third party site or
platform by the legislation in the individual jurisdictions.
We
use the collected information to provide features of Our Service, to
improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to
the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it be simply
stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this
information at any time, through Your Device settings or through the
Main Menu of the Application (Withdraw Consent option).
Use of Your Personal Data
We
may use information about You for the following purposes in accordance
with the legal bases for each type of personal data as described below:
- to
identify whether you are a child or adult for data protection purposes
to determine the legal requirements for our processing of your data.
Our processing for the above purpose is necessary for compliance purposes, see Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data
- are being processed:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
- To manage Your Account:
to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data
You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the
Service that are available to You as a registered user.
- For the performance of a contract:
the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract
for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other
contract with Us through the Service.
- To contact You:
To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent
forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application push
notifications regarding updates, technical notices, support and
administrative messages or informative communications related to the
functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security
updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
Our
processing for the above purposes is necessary for the performance of a
contract to which you are party in order to support the operation of
the App, facilitate the delivery of requested products and services and
enable maintenance and update of the App, see Article 6(1)(b) of the
GDPR.
- To provide You
with news, special offers and general information about other goods,
services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you
have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to
receive such information.
- To personalize and improve the Service and provide tailored content and features;
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the Service.
- To link or combine information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide You with better service; and
Our
processing for the above purposes is justified by our legitimate
interests in providing advertisements and content of interest to you and
improving our services in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
(also known as "the balancing-of-interest rule").
- To provide
non-child users that have given us consent to share their advertising
IDs with our ad network partners (as further specified under Sharing of
Information) for the purpose of serving them with personalized
advertisement in the Application (behavioral advertising).
Our
processing for the above purpose is justified by our legitimate
interests in providing advertisements and content of interest to you in
accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The disclosure of your
advertising ID to third parties for the purposes of behavioral
advertising is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a)
of the GDPR (see more below under Detailed Information on the Processing
of Your Personal Data).
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers:
We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to
monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to show advertisements to
You to help support and maintain Our Service, to contact You, to
advertise on third party websites to You after You visited our Service
or for payment processing.
- For Business transfers:
We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with,
or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets,
financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another
company.
- With Affiliates:
We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we

include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture

- With Business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
- With other users:
when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public
areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and
may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users
or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on
the Third-Party Social Media Service may see You name, profile,
pictures and description of Your activity. Similarly, other users will
be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and
view Your profile.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The
Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary
for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use
Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal
obligations (for example, if we are required to retain Your data to
comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal
agreements and policies.
The Company will
also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is
generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data
is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of
Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer
time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your
information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's
operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in
the processing are located. It means that this information may be
transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your

Business Transactions
If
the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your
Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your
Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy

certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your
Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid

We may use third-party Service providers to provide You with the core and/or additional features of our Service.
Playfab
We
use our In-game service provider Playfab for the purpose of the
on-going development of the Service. We use this service provider to
store Your in-game progress and log Your in-game activity.

the main application menu or send us an e-mail to privacy@dynamicgames.net and include your User ID from the application.

We will provide to You, or to a third-party You have chosen, Your
Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Please note that this right only applies to automated information which
You initially provided consent for Us to use or where We used the
information to perform a contract with You.
- Withdraw Your consent.
You have the right to withdraw Your consent on using Your Personal
Data. In order to withdraw Your consent, open the application’s Main
Menu and Select Withdraw Consent option. If You withdraw Your consent,
We may not be able to provide You with access to the Service.
Exercising of Your GDPR Data Protection Rights
You
may exercise Your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and
opposition by contacting Us. Please note that we may ask You to verify
Your identity before responding to such requests. If You make a request,
We will try our best to respond to You as soon as possible.

Facebook Insights
We
use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of
the Facebook Fan Page and on the basis of the GDPR, in order to obtain
anonymized statistical data about Our users.

this purpose, Facebook places a Cookie on the device of the user
visiting Our Facebook Fan Page. Each Cookie contains a unique identifier
code and remains active for a period of two years, except when it is
deleted before the end of this period.
Facebook
receives, records and processes the information stored in the Cookie,
especially when the user visits the Facebook services, services that are
provided by other members of the Facebook Fan Page and services by
other companies that use Facebook services.

Your Rights under the CCPA
Under this Privacy Policy, and by law if You are a resident of California, You have the following rights:

being collected and the purposes for which the Personal Data is being

The CCPA permits You to request and obtain from the Company information

third-party for the third party’s direct marketing purposes.

You also have the right to ask the Company not to sell Your Personal
Data to third parties. You can submit such a request by contacting Us
(see the Contact Us section below).

that have been collected in the past 12 months. To request your Personal
Data removal please use the "Delete My Account"
option in the main application menu or send us an e-mail to privacy@dynamicgames.net and include your User ID from the application.
- The right not to be discriminated against. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of Your Consumer's rights, including by:
- Denying goods or services to You
- Charging different prices or rates for goods or services, including the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties
- Providing a different level or quality of goods or services to You
- Suggesting
that You will receive a different price or rate for goods or services
or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights
In
order to exercise any of Your rights under the CCPA, and if you are a
California resident, You can contact Us (see the Contact Us section
below).
The Company will disclose and
deliver the required information free of charge within 45 days of
receiving Your verifiable request. The time period to provide the
required information may be extended once by an additional 45 days when
reasonable necessary and with prior notice.
This section outlines the types of personal data we sell for
a business purposes, following the guidelines set by the California Consumer

We transmit certain resettable identifiers from your mobile
device’s operating system to third-party companies such as advertising networks
and social media platforms when showing personalized video ads. These
identifiers, like GAID on Android devices or IDFA on Apple devices, are treated
as personal information under the CCPA. The third parties who receive this data
use it to:

relevant advertisements across different platforms, websites, and devices;
- Personalize content specifically to you; and
- Support
functions like reporting, analytics, market research, and tracking ad
performance.
These third parties may also use your data for their own
commercial objectives, which may include further sharing with other advertising
companies, as detailed in their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of the sale of your personal information at
any time. To do this, you can reset or adjust the advertising settings on your
mobile device to limit ad tracking.
Your
mobile device may give you the ability to opt out of the use of
information about the apps you use in order to serve you ads that are
targeted to Your interests:
- "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices
- "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS devices
In addition, within our games, you can enable "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" option through the settings menu. Even if you opt out,
non-personalized ads will still appear, but they may be less suited to your
preferences.
We do not sell personal information of individuals under 21
years old.
